Implementation Checklist
Use this to launch ServeHub across sales, field, and finance.
Day 0: Configure
- • Set your business profile (time zone and logo).
- • Build your pricing library: materials, labour rates, services/products, and tax rates.
- • Invite teammates and assign access (Business admin or Employee).
- • Create contract and invoice templates with the placeholders you need.
Day 1–3: Build sales motion
- • Create section-based estimates and confirm overhead + margin settings.
- • Add a few real customers with email and phone details.
- • Send a test estimate and contract to yourself; verify email/SMS and signature flow.
Day 4–7: Pilot job
- • Convert the signed contract into a job and confirm copied items.
- • Assign users, schedule dates, and add crew notes + photos.
- • Generate a deposit or progress invoice; send via email/SMS.
Ongoing
- • Monitor the pipeline for pending contracts and invoices.
- • Track job expenses and profitability trends.
- • Send reminders for unsigned contracts and unpaid invoices.
