1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as account profiles, uploaded documents, and customer
records) as well as usage data (such as logins, device metadata, and actions taken in the app).
For payment processing, we rely on PCI-compliant partners and never store raw credit card numbers.
2. How we use your data
We use data to deliver and improve ServeHub, support your account, provide analytics, and ensure platform
security. We do not sell or rent your data. We may share anonymous, aggregated metrics (for example, average
job cycle times) to help you benchmark performance.
3. Data retention & deletion
You control how long your customer records remain in ServeHub. When you delete data, it is removed from
production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Upon account cancellation, we permanently
purge all data unless you request archived exports.
4. Security practices
ServeHub encrypts data at rest and in transit, performs regular penetration testing, and follows industry
standard secure development practices. Administrative access is limited to vetted personnel with
multi-factor authentication.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, export it, or ask us to delete it at any time. If you operate in regions
with additional privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), our team will support your compliance workflows.
