1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. Business owners also
provide a business name and time zone. You may optionally upload a profile avatar or business logo.
Customer records
You may store customer contact details including name, email, phone number, and street address.
When an address is provided we geocode it to latitude and longitude coordinates for map display.
Job and scheduling data
Job titles, descriptions, notes, checklist items, crew assignments, and scheduled times are stored
to power your workflow.
Photos and files
You may upload job photos, receipt images, contract documents, and digital signatures. These files
are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.
Financial data
Invoice amounts, payment records, and transaction details are stored to manage your billing.
We rely on PCI-compliant partners for payment processing and never store raw credit card numbers.
Messages
Messages exchanged between your team and customers within ServeHub are stored to maintain
conversation history.
Usage and diagnostic data
We automatically collect device metadata, IP addresses, crash reports, and performance data
to diagnose issues and improve the app.
2. How we use your data
- Provide, operate, and maintain the ServeHub platform
- Process payments and generate invoices
- Send transactional emails and SMS notifications you have requested
- Display customer locations on maps
- Diagnose crashes and monitor app performance
- Enforce our terms of service and prevent abuse
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising
or cross-app tracking.
3. Third-party services
We share data with the following service providers, solely to operate ServeHub:

Stripe — payment processing. Receives billing details necessary to process
transactions. Subject to the
Stripe Privacy Policy.

Wasabi — file storage. Photos, documents, and attachments
are stored in encrypted Wasabi cloud storage.

Mapbox — maps and geocoding. Customer addresses are sent to Mapbox to display
locations on maps. Subject to the
Mapbox Privacy Policy.

Sentry — error and crash reporting. Device metadata, IP addresses, and
error traces are sent to Sentry for diagnostics. Subject to the
Sentry Privacy Policy.

Mailgun — transactional email delivery. Recipient email addresses and
message content are transmitted to Mailgun for delivery.

Twilio — SMS notifications. Phone numbers and message content are
transmitted to Twilio for delivery.
4. Data retention and deletion
You control how long your records remain in ServeHub. When you delete data, it is removed from
production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Upon account cancellation we
permanently purge all associated data unless you request an export beforehand.
You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing
sales@servehub.co.
5. Security
We encrypt data at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Administrative access
is restricted to vetted personnel. We perform regular security reviews and follow secure
development practices.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your
personal data. We support compliance workflows for GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and other applicable
privacy regulations.

7. Children's privacy
ServeHub is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from
children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we
will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or
through the app. Continued use of ServeHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of
the updated policy.
